Notice mechanism
Report content
Found a job ad or other content on our site that is illegal or breaks our rules? Let us know. We assess every notice.
Job ads on the JOB LEADER portal are placed by employers and staffing agencies. We do not check content piece by piece before publication, but as soon as we learn of objectionable content, we act. The form below is our official notice mechanism under Art. 16 of the Digital Services Act.
What you can report to us
The six most common reasons
If you are an applicant and only want to delete your profile or download your data, you don't need this form — do it directly in your account or write to gdpr@jobleader.cz.
Notice
Please fill in as precisely as you can
The more specific the notice, the faster we can assess it. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
How we handle notices
Four steps from application to decision
- We confirm receipt If you provide an e-mail, you will promptly receive an automatic acknowledgement with your notice number.
- We review the content Notices are assessed by a human, not by a machine. Depending on the case we may ask you for more detail or contact the advertiser.
- We will decide Without undue delay after receiving a complete notice. For manifestly illegal content we act immediately. Possible decisions: we keep the content, modify it, disable access to it, or restrict or terminate the advertiser's account.
- We'll let you know We tell you the outcome and the reasoning, and advise you of your right to complain. The same reasoning goes to the party whose content the decision concerns.
If you disagree with our decision
Complaints, out-of-court resolution and oversight
Within six months of receiving our decision you can complain to podpora@jobleader.cz. Quote your notice number. We will handle the complaint without undue delay, non-discriminatorily and not in an automated way — it will be assessed by a different person than the one who decided first. We may change the decision based on your complaint.
Independent dispute resolution. You have the right to turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Art. 21 of the Digital Services Act. Such a body's decision is not binding on us, but we cooperate with it in good faith. Your right to go to court is unaffected.
Supervisory authority. The Digital Services Coordinator in the Czech Republic is the Czech Telecommunication Office. For personal data matters, the competent authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection, pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
Repeatedly unfounded notices
Measures under Art. 23
If someone repeatedly submits manifestly unfounded notices, we may — after prior warning — suspend the assessment of their notices for a reasonable period. We treat advertisers who repeatedly publish manifestly illegal content the same way. We always consider how many notices were filed, what share was unfounded, and whether it was intentional.
