GOLD for advertising, SILVER for artificial intelligence. GOLD costs the same in every plan and gets cheaper only with volume. SILVER gets cheaper with every plan — from CZK 4.55 without a subscription to CZK 1.50 in Team and CZK 1.00 in Business. That is the main reason a subscription pays off.
A job ad on one job board costs 1 GOLD. Publishing on your own career site is free. Turnkey recruitment = 80 GOLD, turnkey recruitment PREMIUM = 140 GOLD.

Validity runs from the day the payment is credited. The starter bundle can be purchased once per newly created account.

The rate drops twice — by plan and by volume. On top of that, 3,000 SILVER a month is included in Team and 15,000 in Business; these aren't purchased and don't roll over. Enterprise is individual.
Most negotiations start with the client wanting to know what's NOT in the price. That's why our entire price list is public, including the price of every single action.

We publish the position under our banner — without your contracts and without purchased job-board credits. Candidates land in your system.
For hard-to-fill and specialist positions where ordinary reach isn't enough. Plus a replacement guarantee: if the hire leaves during the probation period, we search again for free.
The koruna price applies at the base price of CZK 250 per GOLD. With a larger GOLD bundle you pay less.
A staffing agency typically charges one to three monthly salaries for filling a position. For a position paying CZK 45,000 that is CZK 45,000 to 135,000. Turnkey recruitment PREMIUM costs 140 GOLD, i.e. up to CZK 35,000 at the base GOLD price, regardless of who you end up choosing.
FAQ
No. Paid plans include an unlimited number of accounts. Hiring managers, supervisors and team leads can have their own access — and they don't even have to register, a link is enough. The Credit plan is single-user.
No, in no plan. A branch is a place of work, not a licence. Positions and statistics can be filtered by branch, and permissions are set per person. Charging a licence per city would make no sense for a chain with forty sites — for you or for us.
Because with a subscription you pay for volume certainty, and we can reflect it in the price. Without a subscription you buy one-off and the rate is highest: it starts at CZK 4.55 and falls to CZK 3.33 with larger bundles. With a subscription it is CZK 1.50 in Team and CZK 1.00 in Business, falling further with volume. GOLD, by contrast, costs the same in every plan — it is a placement fee, not a work fee.
No. Your career site and the JOB LEADER portal are free in all plans — publishing a position on either costs no GOLD. GOLD is only paid for placement on external job boards.
Purchased credits are valid from the crediting date: the starter bundle 90 days, bundles without a subscription 180 days, bundles purchased in a subscription plan 365 days. The monthly SILVER allowance included in your plan does not roll over.
Yes. When you move to Credit, unused SILVER and GOLD are stored in the Vault — they can't be spent in Credit. They wait there for a year. Return to a subscription plan within the year and the whole balance comes back to your wallet; after a year it expires. The Credit plan activates on buying a bundle — until then access stays locked.
